    Company history

    • Statlogics was founded in 1996 with the aim of providing statistical analysis and risk management services to our clients. Our current knowledge was based on our cooperation with the companies with the highest demands – banks and telecommunications companies.
    • We have successfully combined our consulting activities with IT solutions using the best practices of the industry. It was then that the first version of CrediLogic was born, which was first introduced in Hungary at OTP Bank in 2004.
    • In 2009, we joined the Asseco Group, Europe’s 6th top software manufacturer, which offers comprehensive, specific IT solutions for all sectors of the economy. Our company became the consumer credit expert center of the company group, as well as the distributor and service provider of the group’s solutions.
    • Asseco Central Europe Magyarország Zrt. was established on July 1, 2016 after the merger of GlobeNet Zrt., which offers healthcare IT systems, and Statlogics Zrt.
