With the merger of two Hungarian companies, GlobeNet Zrt. and Statlogics Zrt. in July 2016 Asseco Central Europe Magyarország Zrt. was established with 170 employees. Following the group’s business philosophy the main reason of the merger of two joint-stock companies is to introduce Asseco Group in Hungary as a significant market player and preparing further expansion opportunities. In the new organization GlobeNet and Statlogics operate as independent healthcare and financial business units. Due to their open and professional approach they are a reliable partner for all Customers through their high-end software solutions and IT services.
Asseco Group is Europe’s 6th most important software vendor but also present in Israel, the United States, Japan and Canada with its solutions.
